AHW, being sick

Today i was sick. I started off the day with waking up with a horrible runny nose. Waited in bed and watched tv. My mom said i couldn't go to school, Now this might sound good to some people butit isn't   because its tough being sick. So eventually around 11:00 i went down into our basement and played castle crashers, which is just a arcade game on the X-Box360. But eventually i had to go with my mom to her office.  We were there until 2:45, but i had my phone with me and i downloaded a new free fun game on it. But there was no time to go back home after that. By the time we were down with her work, it was 3:20. That meant that we had to go pick up my brother at Quarton at 3:50. So eventually we got home but, yet again it was no time for a break,besides watching TV for 45 minutes. Though soon after that i had to start homework. That was my day while i was sick.

AHW, Going to a barmtisiba

Last Saturday i went to my cousin chases barmitsiba. In the morning at 10:30 we went to the service. But at 6:30 there was the party. I went with my cousin Ava, my grandma and my family. When we got there the adults were down stairs, while all the kids were on another floor. My cousin invited his entire 7th grade. So it was a bit strange at first. While my parents and grandma were down stairs, me,my cousin and my brother were upstairs.  we snacked a bit and waited around. eventually after all the parents were upstairs they showed a slide show. Then we all went and ate dinner. After dinner we danced,and also got cool stuff for dancing. Before my parents,grandma,brother,cousin and me left we took photos. One of me and my brother and cousin,one with everybody,and one with just my brother and parents. I had a really good time.

Literary Essay First Draft.

Have you ever been in love before?  In the story Seventh Grade by Gary Soto,Victor is in love.

Teresa is going to be my girl this year. This proves my claim becuase, He is promising himself that Teresa will be his girl friend that year.  It also is saying that he is really in love with one person, and that he will try to be her boy friend. 

Mr. Buller asked if anyone knew French. Victor raised his hand, wanting to impress Teresa. This can prove my claim because Victor is trying to impress Teresa by saying he knows French. He May be saying he knows it because he wants her to think he knows French. 

"Yes now somebody give me an example of a person-you Victor Rodriguez." "Teresa," Victor said automatically. This can prove my claim because when they asked for a person Victor said Teresa automatically, which this means he defenently has a crush on Teresa. 

So I think that Victor is in love. Because of what happens in the book I can say that Victor is in love.

AHW, Going to the rouge river 1

Today i went to the rouge river. When i got there my mom was waiting there with my boots. I slipped them on and went to the first station with my mom.  We ran a few tests in the water, but eventually it was time to go to the next station. The chemical station, we got a bucket full of the the river water and a test tube, we put some of the river water in the test tube and put little tablets in them. We shook all the test tubes upside down and then right side up over and over again. we marked it all down on a paper.  

First day of my younger brothers soccer tournament.

Last saturday I was getting ready to go to my younger brothers tournament. It was in Midland, about two hours from my house. We started to leave at 10:00 or 11:00. By the time we got there it was about 12:00 or 1:00. We got out of the car and checked into our room. Although there was no time to stay at the hotel so we went to his first game. My parents let me bring my Ipad and headphones as well. I watched about a third of the game. I saw him make two out of three of his shots also. The final score was 10-1 my brothers team had won by nine points! We now had about four hours until his next game. So with the time that we had we went back to the hotel with the entire team and ate pizza. When it was time to leave again i left with my Ipad and headphones. I didn't watch as much of the second game as the first though. I am definitely sure that my brother made at least one shot.By the end of the game i think they scored as many points as the first game but I'm not sure about the other team, But they had still won the game. After that it got a little chaotic, most of the teams players accept i think two of them went out to a peanut,tree nut free custard place. My brother is allergic to both so he was happy. I got a twix, chocolate custard in a cup. my brother got a root beer,fries and a burger.  by the time we left it was 9:00, but some kids on his team were going to the hotel pool.My parents didn't want to go so he went down with anther kid on his team with his parents. when he came back up, we watched one tv show episode, then we went to sleep. 

AHW, Bike ride

A few days ago me and my family went on a bike ride to my old school. When we got there, a few of my brothers friends were there. Two of them were twins and the other was there friends. They were using a pitching machine and hitting balls and catching them. We walked over there said hi and asked if we could join. They said we could, they threw me a mitt. I put on the mitt and played by third base. After my brother and his friends batted it was my turn. I grabbed there biggest bat and stepped up to plate. The first pitch came, I hit it and sent it by second base. After a couple more pitches, they ran out of base balls and we had to pick them up. A while after all the kids started to play on the park before we all left. When we got home we realized we were there for four hours! I had fun bikeriding.

AHW, We Will Rock You 2

A few weeks ago my Dad, Mom, Brother and I went to go see a musical with Queen's music.  It was being played at the Fisher Theater.  When we got to our seats we could barely see any other kids.  The musical was set in the future when everything was consumed by technology and you couldn't make your own music. During the entire musical it was cool to see all the old Queen rock songs.
